As an applications consultant, I act as a sounding board between our customers and our development teams. This is to ensure that our software applications perfectly support our customers' challenging logistics processes. It's a dynamic role where no two days are the same, and that's what really appeals to me.

From identifying the actual needs and requirements of the customer to guiding complex implementation projects of our software solutions, all with the overarching goal of providing a perfect customer experience in all aspects of the supply chain. Every day is a challenge!
