My greatest strength lies in finding the balance between what is important for the business and what the internal capabilities are. Besides our product I am responsible for internal operations and optimizing the customer experience. By being involved in implementations and larger changes, I stay in touch with the business and am able to continue to bring value to their operations.

Within the last-mile solution, I work with a team passionate about logistics and we continue to build an even better product every day. With this we improve customer satisfaction and through an operational and tactical view we ensure even more predictability in the last piece of the chain.
