“Strategy without process is little more than a wish list”

I have always been fascinated with identifying efficiencies and developing processes to assist businesses with their strategy to succeed.  Asking “why” and “why not” are my favorite pastimes to help elicit key pieces of the puzzle. At BlueRock TMS I have the opportunity to ask both while taking advantage of our leading edge inhouse optimization software and deeply skilled team. This combination allows for a complete dissection of current business processes and the ability to redesign, reprocess and rebuild inefficient systems all with the help of one fantastic company.

I strongly believe that the ability to define current processes and practices is key to successfully navigating any business in todays’ world. Being able to clearly define expectations on both sides allows projects and daily operations a higher chance of succeeding.  My years spent as a Business Analyst has provided me with the skills necessary to listen, identify, define and suggest solutions which help to provide customers with their strategic goals as well as implementing practices to support continuous improvement.

I value communication and believe it’s crucial for any customer-client relationship to be successful.  My strong focus on customer service helps facilitate a healthy communication network with my customers to ensure a strong long-lasting working relationship.
